Storage is possible under the whole house and under the terrace. Under the house is also the water room with water heater a 60 litre expansion tank, filter and isolation/drain of the water lines in the house.

 

A wooden playground is placed in front of the house next to a well-kept field with mulberry trees and additional

fruit trees, which make the place even more charming.

The playground, solar panels (4680 W) and the 135-metre-deep drilled well are located on plots 1540 to 1542.

 

The house is connected to an EU-approved infiltration-type sewage system.
